Muzi returns to her hometown for Chinese New Year. Her divorced parents have both set out on their own paths—one built a new family, and the other dates foreigners like a teenage girl in love. Muzi meets Saking, the father of her half sister’s classmate. She reminds him of how he used to roam the world, and she finally feels understood. Their affair begins like a spark to a flame, burning nothing but itself. Again, Muzi wanders in this city named home, meeting new men and women, and in search for a place where she belongs. New Year is about to come, and nothing seems to have happened.
